I take a multiple and a B Complex already. If I add Nerve Plus™ will I be getting too much Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 is considered safe and nontoxic. There is no known toxicity to Vitamin B12.

Would Nerve Plus™ be beneficial for someone with MS?
